Apartment in Port de La Mer — modern interior with classic elements
The apartment layout includes:
The 153.25 m² apartment project was created for a family who comes to Dubai for vacations.
It is their private retreat, yet it offers the comfort and refined atmosphere of a boutique hotel.
The core concept combines a modern style with subtle classic elements.
At the client’s request, we avoided using moldings and instead focused on elegant cornices and baseboards - a solution that adds coziness while preserving the lightness and contemporary feel of the interior.
Every square meter was carefully planned and tailored to the family’s wishes:
The interior combines modern accents with classic elegance: calm light tones, textured wood, marble surfaces, statement artworks, and soft textiles.
The terrace, with an area of 139.58 m², is nearly equal in size to the apartment itself. The space is designed as a fully functional outdoor living area, featuring a shower, a sun lounger zone, and comfortable lounge sofas for relaxation. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a private section of the terrace.

- The finishes, tiles, and layout solutions were completely redesigned and upgraded.
